Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma Bowl

I have been making this bowl for years now and have slowly added more and more veggies to it. I feel like its perfection now and definitely something that’s on our weekly menu.

I love playing in the kitchen which means I rarely will have measurements to give you, but trust the process and your ability to flavor your food.

Breaking down the 10 plants!!!

Cruciferous Crunch Collection (Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Green Cabbage & Red Cabbage), Mushrooms, Cherry tomatoes, Microgreens Blend, Parsley, olives.

Next time I make it, I am going to switch out the cucumber and add sautéed mushrooms to see how that tastes. Play with it— change it to what YOU like… but just try it <3
